Terms & Conditions
We kindly ask you to follow our simple rules to ensure that everyone has a safe and enjoyable visit to Wonderland.
1. Wonderland does not accept responsibility for the supervision of children within the premises, therefore all children must be supervised by a responsible adult/guardian at all times.
2. Please note we have a large number of props, some toys may be small and need additional supervision. Particularly children under 3 years old who will require direct supervision.
3. Please remove shoes before entering the play space.
4. Adults and children must wear socks at all times whilst in the play space.
5. No food, drinks or chewing gum should be taken into the play space.
6. Customers who are unwell, or who have been unwell, should not visit the centre for 48 hours.
7. Fighting, bullying and abusive language will not be tolerated. Guilty parties will be asked to leave without refund.
8. For health and safety reasons, in the unlikely event of an accident or injury occurring, please immediately report it to a member of staff.
9. Upon leaving the building please ensure that all Wonderlands props and property is left behind.
10. Wonderland cannot be held liable for any loss or damage to personal property during your visit.
11. 15. A child ticket must be purchased for any child that can walk unaided. We reserve the right to charge the full Child price amount on the door if a Pre-walker/baby ticket has incorrectly been purchased instead of a Child ticket.
12. 16. Tickets are non-refundable. 24 hours’ notice is required for session transfers.
Parties
1. Parties must be secured with a £20 non-refundable deposit.
2. No party is secured without a deposit.
3. Wonderland does not accept responsibility for the supervision of children within the premises, therefore all children must be supervised by a responsible adult/guardian at all times.
4. Any allergies must be provided to the team 48 hours prior to your party taking place, we may not be able to provide adequate food if not provided by this time.
5. Birthday candles are allowed to the discretion of the customer and all children must be supervised during the cake ceremony. Wonderland does not accept responsibility for the display of the cake and its deliverance this is the responsibility of the party host who has made the booking.
Events
1. All Guests entering must have a valid entrance ticket. Tickets are transferable and may be sold or passed on to any third party.
2. Wonderland must be made aware to any changes to tickets, failure to do so may result in the entrance being declined.
3. Tickets are sold on the understanding that no money in respect of unused tickets will be reimbursed.
Photography
From time to time Wonderland or other authorised parties may carry out photography and/or video recording within Wonderland, which may feature visitors. Entry into Wonderland is deemed acceptance of these regulations and you, therefore, agree that Wonderland or any authorised party may use such images in perpetuity in any promotional, advertising or publicity material in any format whatsoever. You
further agree that copyright in these materials rests with Wonderland or such authorised party (as the case may be)
Fire, Health & Safety
1. The climbing of fences, stands or any other buildings is forbidden.
2. The misuse of structures, interference with equipment or devices which are there in the interests of safety is a criminal offence, offenders will be asked to leave Wonderland without a refund and may be subject to prosecution.
3. Ignoring safety warnings given either verbally or by signage may result in being asked to leave the site without a refund.
4. The possession or use of illicit drugs is strictly forbidden, and the Police will be asked to attend.
5. The possession of any weapon or other item to cause damage or injury to persons or property is strictly prohibited and may result in criminal action being taken.
6. Any person failing to comply with instructions from a member of Management may be ejected from Wonderland with no refund.
7. The Guest shall pay for the cost of repairing any damage caused to the property, contents or grounds of Wonderland and the Company and its Guests.
8. The Company reserves the right to evacuate Wonderland in the event of a Fire Alarm, or other emergency irrespective of whether it is a genuine emergency or not, in order to protect all Guests, Management and Wonderland Staff and in this event, does not accept any liability for any delay or it liable to refund part or all of the Ticket.
